Passionate coach, mentor and speaker, Meg Berry has lived and worked true to her inner voice with a commitment to helping others hear theirs. As a business administration graduate of Fontbonne University, her diverse career has included marketing, fund raising, event planning, motivational speaking and teaching personal development classes. Committed to helping people "get to know and love themselves," Meg has launched Spa for the Soul to help others journey to be their personal best.

In her most recent role as Director of Alumnae Programs at St. Joseph's Academy, Meg was responsible for over 9,000 constituents. Her passion and strength were visible in her innovative and spirited events, along with her creation and presentation of "Positive Self-Image" talks for high schools students. The talks were a natural progression of her previous experience as a motivational speaker for Hickey College and instructor for John Casablancas Modeling School and Career Center.

Spa for the Soul is a natural outgrowth of Meg's passion for "making a difference in lives", a frequent comment from the young women that she instructed at John Casablancas. The business focuses on individual coaching, seminars and workshops designed to illuminate the unique essence of each individual. Her Spa for the Soul program is a series of classes that build positive self-image, teach life skills, create a unique style and inspire one to be their best everyday. Young people love to attend and engage in Meg's programs, because of her spirited, enthusiastic and interactive presentations.

With a commitment to helping others, coupled with many years of experience in the modeling and fashion industry, Meg has been a dedicated volunteer for fashion show fundraisers. She has worked as a coordinator and participant for numerous shows to benefit organizations such as Boys Hope Girls Hope of St. Louis, Cardinal Glennon Hospital, DeSmet High School, Birthright, Rural Parish Workers and Christ Prince of Peace Parish.

Married for 17 years, Meg and her husband, Mark, reside in West County with their 3 teenage boys. A compassionate listener who has moved towards "inspired living," Meg brings her spirit, grace and peaceful nature to all endeavors.
